Refund policy

At Sean Online Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 2 days of delivery if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or expired.

The wrong item was delivered.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered cosmetic, skincare, healthcare, and personal care products are not eligible for return unless received in damaged condition.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery with:

Order Number

Product Name

Reason for Return

Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Items returned without original packaging.
Products marked as non-returnable during sale or promotional events.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
